City Schools of Decatur
Decatur has its own independent school system consisting of four neighborhood elementary schools,
one middle school, and one high school serving approximately 2,400 students. The schools are
staffed by more than 200 teachers, over 70% of whom have advanced degrees. City Schools of Decatur
is well-known for consistently strong test scores.
